The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments, recording all entries on flow sheets, and reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role includes essential duties such as assisting with personal care like bathing and dressing, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring resident safety by checking frequently on those unable to call for help.
