Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
5+ years of experience in industrial IT or production engineering
At least 2 years leading digitalization or MES projects
Proven experience deploying MES solutions and integrating with shopfloor control systems
Knowledge of IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux OS, SQL/MySQL/Oracle databases, virtualization, and network architecture
