The Loss Prevention & Safety Lead serves primarily to mitigate and reduce losses through the deterrence of external theft and the execution of key operational programs.
This role requires proactively monitoring controls, conducting local surveillance, and investigating organized retail crime while networking with law enforcement professionals.
Candidates must be able to walk 100% of sales floor and stockroom areas during shifts to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
