Job Summary

  • Responsible for process support activities toward attainment of departmental and plant goals with a primary focus in areas of molding process improvement, leadership, training/development, and capital/regulatory projects.
  • Supports the Molding Manufacturing Unit's primary objectives, with proven ability to identify problems and execute corrective action plans to resolve gaps to achieving goals.
  • Responsible for realization of budgeted cost reductions and productivity improvements and accountable for spending within approved limits on programs.
