Job Summary
The Retail Manager manages the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and client.
Ensure that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levy’s, tenant electricity, extended trade, and any other tenant recoverable are charged and collected by the due date as specified in the lease.

5+ years retail property management
Tertiary qualifications preferred
