  • Documentation in compliance with PT Board
  • Post-acute care therapy services

  • Collaborative interdisciplinary communication
  • Training nursing staff and caregivers
  • Durable medical equipment recommendation
  • Support nursing with Restorative Aide training

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current California PT license in good standing
  • CPR certification
  • Ongoing CEUs as required by state
  • Experience in SNF or post-acute care preferred
