Experience developing and executing pooled phenotypic and functional genomics screening platforms
Strong experience with molecular cloning and automation tools
Strong experience with next-generation sequencing library prep and data analysis
Strong experience with data analysis, bioinformatics, and visualization tools (R, Python, MATLAB)
Strong experience with multiple gene editing techniques
Experience with gene editing in hard to culture cells and Lonza nucleofection
