  • Strong experience with molecular cloning and automation tools
  • Strong experience with next-generation sequencing library prep and data analysis
  • Strong experience with data analysis, bioinformatics, and visualization tools (R, Python, MATLAB)
  • Strong experience with multiple gene editing techniques
  • Experience with gene editing in hard to culture cells and Lonza nucleofection
