Job Summary
Assist the supervisor with the day to day operations of the Main Lab and keep supervisor informed of group progress, problems, employee performance and any significant factors affecting assigned responsibilities.
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to SOPs, monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, and prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree in science
2 years of experience as Technologist/Technician
Bachelor’s degree preferred
ASCP and/or AMT Certifications preferred
1 year of experience supervising or leading a team preferred
Non-traditional degrees with applicable science credits may meet education requirement
