Job Summary
As a Junior Data Engineer, you will have a technical leadership role, being responsible for organizing, structuring, and evolving data engineering solutions for the LATAM region.
Key responsibilities include mapping and absorbing existing processes, developing data pipelines, structuring data in layers (bronze and silver) in the Data Lake, and implementing data quality rules.
You will lead and develop 1-2 data engineers, coordinate demands, track deliveries, and support technical growth, while collaborating with business and technical teams across LATAM.
