Job Summary

  • The role of ‘Nominated Signatory’ covers a set of responsibilities for final approval of specified materials and activities linked to promotion, interactions with Health Care Professional and Organisations and other related areas such as non-promotional health education materials within a large commercial geography.
  • Review and approval typically involves a team approach where a Nominated Signatory represents the final position of a team, which may include Legal, Medical and Regulatory review, as well as their own personal, professional position.
  • In appointing a Nominated Signatory the responsible manager must assure that the candidate is suitably qualified, has sufficient knowledge and demonstrates the relevant capabilities to approve materials and activities on behalf of the Company.
