  • 2+ years of experience in Primary Care or with geriatric population
  • Reliable devices for video capability
  • Reliable transportation with valid Arizona Driver’s License
  • Active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with electronic health records and Google Suite
