Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years IT solution development experience
Proficiency in Python and ReactJS
GenAI application development with RAG
Vector stores and prompt engineering expertise
RESTful API development and integration
AWS cloud platform and containerization knowledge
Nice-to-have
Agentic AI development experience
Java Spring Framework proficiency
Exposure to AI/ML techniques and methodologies
Familiarity with front-end HTML CSS JavaScript
Experience defining base frameworks and standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Ph.D. preferred
7+ years of proven experience developing IT solutions
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
