Job Summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis function manages all aspects of management reporting encompassing budgeting and forecasting, strategic and customer planning.
Partners with the Engineering business to support objective delivery by providing relevant financial analytics, regular reporting and business insights to key stakeholders.
Designs and executes on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modelling.

Key Requirements
Relevant qualification in business, accounting and/or Finance
Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional accounting and/or finance group
Experience building internal and external business partnerships
Exposure to supporting a designated business area on risk and opportunity considerations
Experienced reviewing and analyzing financial and operational modeling
Experienced with financial systems and applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)
Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities
