Job Summary

  • Assists the Producer in day-to-day business needs, bridging the gap from the typical functions of a Producer and the service team.
  • Prepares spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and contribution scenarios to display and communicate appropriate information for presentation to client and employees.
  • Understands and stays abreast of changes in employee benefits, including plan designs, available riders, legislation, and emerging trends.
