Travel to company facilities, garages, and lots throughout Massachusetts to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair on-board vehicle technologies.
Provide leadership and direction for 6-10 employees, distributing work assignments and managing the team's performance.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage the ticketing system for vehicle technology defects.
