Job Summary
The HR Generalist position will work closely with the Manager of Human Resources and other business partners in support of the Baxter Manufacturing Operations.
This role is responsible for human resources activities such as recruiting, development and retention of talent, and employee relations, with labor relations responsibility for the factory production workforce and Over-the-Road Drivers.

3+ years human resources experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with union environment preferred
Experience in a 24/7 operation with 3 shifts, ideal
Prior experience supporting a large employee population (200 preferred)

Adept at using Workday (preferred), PeopleSoft or other HRIS
