Job Summary

  • The HR Generalist position will work closely with the Manager of Human Resources and other business partners in support of the Baxter Manufacturing Operations.
  • This role is responsible for human resources activities such as recruiting, development and retention of talent, and employee relations, with labor relations responsibility for the factory production workforce and Over-the-Road Drivers.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years human resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with union environment preferred
  • Experience in a 24/7 operation with 3 shifts, ideal
  • Prior experience supporting a large employee population (200 preferred)
  • Understanding of all functional HR subject areas
  • Adept at using Workday (preferred), PeopleSoft or other HRIS
  • Adept at using e-time system
