Job Summary

  • The Help Desk Technician supports the organization by identifying and resolving reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
  • This role ensures proper installation, monitoring, and resolution of software, hardware, operating system, and configuration issues while managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Candidates will manage conference room support including calls and projectors, troubleshoot wireless devices, and administer Office 365 user accounts and policies.
