Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs and record data
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Key Requirements
