Job Summary

  • The Associate Field Service Representative conducts analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
  • In this role, you will troubleshoot problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to any other Province or Territory within Canada for Field Service calls, or customer training or daily backfill of other technical duties.
