The role involves providing personalized coaching to members, with a strong emphasis on developing leadership skills and emotional intelligence, while participating in an ICF-certified training program
Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and feel fulfilled at work.
All coaches must participate in an ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
This is a fully remote contract position requiring a minimum of 24 months of commitment with a capacity of 3-5 hours per week.
