Job Summary
Gateway Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents in our skilled nursing setting.
This position plays a vital role in restoring communication, cognition, and swallowing function while supporting residents and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
The SLP will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state practice acts and payer regulations.

Key Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license or equivalent qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
Completion of 350 clock hours supervised clinical practicum
Passed national SLP examination approved by HHS Secretary
Maintain license in good standing and continuing education
