Key Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
  • Completion of 350 clock hours supervised clinical practicum
  • Passed national SLP examination approved by HHS Secretary
  • Maintain license in good standing and continuing education
