Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Accommodations Manager to oversee compliance and documentation related to ADAA, PWFA, and other accommodations processes. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure equitable treatment of employees and effective management of accommodation requests while providing employee relations support as needed

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the compliance, effectiveness, and documentation of the full cycle ADAA, PWFA and/or other statutorily required accommodation processes.
  • Will partner with Legal, Risk Management, and other HR Partners as necessary.
