Job Summary
This role functions as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion of scientific inquiry, partner for practice transitions, and advocate for professional role development.
Coordinates and oversees non-provider clinical student placements, managing the shadowing program and serving as a primary point of contact for instructor relations.
Develops, implements, and evaluates learning activities to support practice readiness for new and existing staff and supports organization-wide clinical education initiatives.
