Job Summary

  • The Advancement Services Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily operations of advancement services in support of Texas A&M University–San Antonio and the A&M-San Antonio Foundation.
  • This position ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of donor and gift data, and leads all functions related to database administration, gift processing, receipting, acknowledgements, and gift reconciliation.
  • The Advancement Services Manager supervises the Advancement Services Coordinator and serves as the primary liaison between Advancement, the Foundation, and the University’s Division of Finance and Administration to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
