The ideal candidate will have substantial legal experience in the energy or construction sectors, particularly in project management and contract negotiations, and will play a key role in supporting the company's operations and growth. **

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters including reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts, setting up consortia and joint ventures, advising on dispute avoidance, dispute resolution, assisting with the protection and commercialization of intellectual property, advising the business on integrity-related matters and supervising junior staff.
  • Acting as a business partner to Candu Energy, including its commercial and management teams, you will be reviewing, negotiating and drafting customer contracts including contracts to provide engineering and design, project management, procurement and site execution services.
