Job Summary
Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.
Support end-to-end commercial administration of service jobs, including quotation and approval processing, service order management, validation of labour and parts consumption, and billing readiness.
Administer warranty claims by handling claim registration, policy checks, coordination with Quality and Service teams, and managing replacement/return workflows and credit note issuance.

Key Requirements

Working knowledge of ERP (BaaN IV, SAP) and MS Excel
