Job Summary

  • Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.
  • Support end-to-end commercial administration of service jobs, including quotation and approval processing, service order management, validation of labour and parts consumption, and billing readiness.
  • Administer warranty claims by handling claim registration, policy checks, coordination with Quality and Service teams, and managing replacement/return workflows and credit note issuance.

  • Working knowledge of ERP (BaaN IV, SAP) and MS Excel
