  • Partner with the Dallas Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster fulfilling employee experience.
  • Support approximately 400 employees, this role will strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects.

Key Requirements
