Job Summary
The Maintenance & Construction Specialist is responsible for managing maintenance, reliability, and small-to-medium construction activities across Chevron retail, commercial, and industrial assets in assigned geographic areas within, but not limited to Central America and Colombia.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling project implementation to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with Operational Excellence HES (Health, Environment, and Safety) requirements where applicable.
Monitors project progress, proactively addresses and reduces risks, and swiftly applies corrective actions through the integration of innovative technologies and dashboard solutions.
