  • Employees must ensure Sarbanes-Oxley and external audit compliance while managing complex payroll changes like severance and military leave.
  • This hybrid position requires working in the Pfizer Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week and responding to Tier 3 colleague inquiries.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll
  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Experience in payroll accounting or human resources

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Canada payroll processing
  • Experience with Kronos Workday ADP systems
  • Certified Payroll Professional designation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting HR or related field
  • Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
  • High school diploma with 6 years relevant experience
