Job Summary

  • The role has full responsibility for the delivery and quality of ‘live’ IT services at assigned locations, documented within agreed KPIs and Service Levels.
  • You will be responsible for the line management and development of the Support Service Analysts, acting as a point of escalation and providing guidance.
