The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants.
The LVN ensures care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of quality resident care.
This role requires the ability to make independent decisions, exercise sound clinical judgment, and lead assigned nursing staff during shifts.
