Job Summary

• Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with Legends Global standards and Health Department regulations.
• Maintain the kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion and clean and organize all food prep areas throughout the facilities daily.
