Job Summary

  • Monitor and supervise 35 to 45 youth (ages 16 to 18) in the Oklahoma Youth ChalleNG Program.
  • Maintain discipline, security, and safety within a quasi-military atmosphere and develop a team-oriented attitude in the Cadets.
  • Conduct first line counseling, problem solving, and instruct in Drill and Ceremony and group living skills.
