Job Summary

  • The Built4Life Development Coordinator leads the design and delivery of comprehensive personal, leadership, and life-skills programming that prepares BYU student-athletes for success during competition and beyond graduation.
  • This role develops scalable curriculum aligned with Built4Life pillars, facilitates workshops, leadership cohorts, service opportunities, and mentorship experiences, and provides proactive one-on-one development focused on character, resilience, life readiness, and leadership growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with collegiate student-athletes preferred
  • Experience designing leadership programming preferred
  • Experience utilizing data preferred
  • Experience supervising student staff preferred
