Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, care plan and assessment, budget and planning, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Qualifications include a Nursing Degree or graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program, a current unencumbered LPN/LVN license, and current CPR certification.
