Must-have
3+ years automotive paint process experience
CQI-12 and CQI-9 standard application
Electrocoat primer base clear coat knowledge
Curing oven validation and thermal mapping
Paint defect diagnosis and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Process improvement initiative leadership
Technical English reading and communication
Experience with line start-up activities
Advanced analytical problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive painting processes
Specialty in coatings or automotive processes preferred
