Key Requirements
15+ years experience in DoW chemical or propulsion industrial base, acquisition enterprise, or management of chemical and propulsion systems development
3+ years experience supporting acquisition programs or operations for weapon capabilities
Experience developing and evaluating acquisition strategies, program baselines, risk reduction plans, or industry capital equipment investment plans
Experience designing, executing, and directing energetic materials syntheses and analysis
Experience reviewing annual defense authorization and appropriations acts
Knowledge of all phases of the planning, programming, and budgeting system
