Job Summary

  • The AI and Technology Legal team provides high value strategic advice to our internal clients to support and enhance the Group’s competitive advantage in technology, business success and market value.
  • Advise key clients on engagement of vendors, implementation of complex IT arrangements, and the impact of data protection and privacy laws on key IT initiatives.
  • Provide support in relation to the Group’s M&A transactions, partnerships and joint ventures, including support for data segregation and commercialisation, IP and transition arrangements.
