The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and risk teams to establish and enforce AI governance frameworks using advanced tools like IBM Watsonx Governance.
The position requires conducting independent audits of Gen AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning systems to ensure compliance with ethical principles and external regulations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years professional experience
3+ years AI/ML audit or assurance
Hands-on expertise with MLOps pipelines
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Knowledge of NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001
Experience with IBM Watsonx Governance
Nice-to-have
Prior experience in financial services compliance
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical findings for executives
Master's degree or PhD in AI Governance
Experience with EU AI Act regulations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years overall professional experience
3+ years in AI model development or audit functions
Certification in AI Governance or Data Ethics preferred
