Base: $114,509.45 - $162,410.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive plan and Long Term Incentive Plan; Benefits: Paid vacation, 401K match, medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Six years of relevant treasury experience
Supervisory and management experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have
CFA or FRM designation progress
Experience with Python, SAS, SQL, or R
Knowledge of fundamental risk theories
Prior stress testing or treasury analytics role
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 6 years experience OR Master's plus 4 years
Minimum 6 years of supervisory/management experience
