This role balances 50% engineering work and 50% people management, driving a culture of customer focus, ethics, and continuous improvement within the team.
The supervisor partners with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Sales, and Quality Assurance to provide responsive support and maintain metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and productivity.
