• The Senior Shift Engineer is responsible for leading and supervising a team of shift engineers and technicians during a designated shift to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment.
• This role acts as the first line of leadership within the shift, ensuring all work is completed to Four Seasons’ ultra-luxury standards of quality, safety, and responsiveness.
