Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
The main functions of this team are to manage, research, analyse and advise on the Group’s workplace policies so that they support the Group’s vision.
Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on or conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions or early resolution meetings.

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in HR Management, Industrial Relations, law or related discipline
At least 2 years' experience in industrial relations advice
At least 4 years' experience in employee relations advice
Experience in HR policy advice
Experience in workplace investigations
Experience in mediation/conflict resolution
Excellent knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations environment
