Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of general engineering experience
  • 2+ years supporting production in manufacturing
  • Experience testing electronics and electrical systems
  • Developing detailed test procedures and instrumentation

  • Knowledge of military hardware
  • Experience starting production lines
  • Understanding of non-conformance processes
  • Experience with vibration and thermal stress test setups

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of engineering experience required
  • 2+ years of manufacturing production support experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • Must be able to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance post-start
