You will monitor and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across all real estate and construction activities.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent required
Familiarity with HSE regulations and practices
Strong understanding of real estate laws, leasing practices, and property management
