Job Summary
Primarily responsible for filling in/performing all jobs in assigned area/department in absence of regular worker.
Trains new and current associates on jobs in area as needed and performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
Ability to perform one or more functions of deboning process, demonstrated leadership abilities, and ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate are essential.
