Job Summary

  • Leads team responsible for providing strategic support and integration across Global Benefits’ Physical, Emotional, Financial wellbeing pillars and Risk Management function, as well as enabling employee benefit plan enrollment activities across Comcast NBCUniversal’s domestic and international footprint.
  • Responsible for evaluating U.S. and international benefits programs with the goal of aligning strategic principles, globalizing and harmonizing benefit approaches where appropriate, streamlining operational and annual plan management activities, and facilitating in-take and triaging of international country escalations.
  • Works closely with Global Benefits wellbeing pillar leads, other Total Rewards teams, HR Technology and Service Solutions, and Comcast NBCUniversal stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate holistic benefit strategies and operational support.
