Job Summary

  • You will serve as the point of contact for issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers.
  • Enables MDS’ portfolio of strategic and critical partners to successfully service the MDS organization throughout the E2E engagement cycle.
  • Provide an ecosystem of relationship management expertise & supporting programs, elevating partner’s performance & executional excellence.
