  • The Sr. Coordinator, Quality and Patient Safety will help in the development and implementation of various components of the patient safety program.
  • Components of the program include but are not limited to: creating a culture of safety, accreditation and regulatory compliance, monitoring performance, education and awareness, performance improvement, event reporting, sentinel event and root cause analysis, proactive risk assessments and reward and recognition initiatives.
