Job Summary
The Sr. Coordinator, Quality and Patient Safety will help in the development and implementation of various components of the patient safety program.
Components of the program include but are not limited to: creating a culture of safety, accreditation and regulatory compliance, monitoring performance, education and awareness, performance improvement, event reporting, sentinel event and root cause analysis, proactive risk assessments and reward and recognition initiatives.
