Salary

Base: $111,700 - $215,750 annually (varies by location); California/NY: $149,000 - $215,750; Illinois: $126,300 - $182,850; Short-term incentives in form of AIP; Eligible for new hire equity award

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years in demo strategy or solutions consulting
  • Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms
  • Technical fluency with martech platform workflows and data flow
  • Track record managing complex cross-functional programs
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or IT

Nice-to-have

  • Adobe experience preferred
  • PMP or PgMP certification
  • Strong academic credentials including an MBA
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
  • Ability to turn complex technology into stories that sell

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in demo strategy, pre-sales, or GTM roles
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
